Police release man without Charge After Titchfield Stand off
Police have released a man without charge following a tense stand off with officers in Titchfield last night. The man who house was surround by armed officers on Bellfield road in Tichfield just before 8pm on Monday evening, The Police were called after a concern for the welfare of the man. He was detained by Police after he left his house following what is believed to be a neighbourly dispute. https://youtu.be/g3KJXfcMm9o A cordon was put in place while police negotiated with the man, Armed Police officers with shield and Police negotiators could be seen and heard talking to the man. The man voluntarily left his address without further incident just after 11pm. A Hampshire Constabulary spokesman said: “Police can confirm a 45-year-old man was arrested and released without charge following an incident at an address in Bellfield, Titchfield.
