More than 4,000 Ring users are reporting major issues, according to DownDetector.
Ring App Hits Glitch: Server and Login Woes
- 51% of complaints point to server connection failures
- 38% are problems with the app itself
- 11% struggle to log in
The disruptions have left users frustrated and locked out of their cameras. One user on X (formerly Twitter) asked, “Is anybody else’s Ring camera account down right now?” Another moaned, “Ring doorbell/cameras not working for 13hrs, I can’t view history on the app & can’t sign in on the website.”
A third added, “Seems to be an issue with Ring being down as several people are reporting the same issue. Hope they fix or provide an update soon.”
Users can submit issues themselves and check if their area is affected by outages.
