Tragic Pedestrian Death After Crash in Bradford
A tragic collision on the A657 New Line in Greengates, Bradford, has claimed the life of a 75-year-old man. The crash occurred on the evening of December 19 at around 7.05pm GMT, leaving the local community in shock.

Police say a Hyundai Ioniq was driving towards Greengates from Thackley when it struck pedestrian Charles Philip Baker. The pensioner was seriously injured and rushed to hospital by emergency services.
75-Year-Old Dies After Week in Hospital
Despite emergency care, Baker sadly died on December 26. His grieving family paid tribute, calling him a “dearly loved figure” who will be missed deeply by his children, grandchildren, and siblings.
