Hampshire residents are warned to expect heavy rain and thunderstorms tonight as a yellow weather warning has been issued by the met office.

Heavy, perhaps thundery showers at first. These easing, before further rain, spreads east during the early hours. Strong winds developing, especially through the English Channel, with coastal gales possible. Minimum temperature of 10 °C.
Windy, with outbreaks of rain clearing northeast in the early morning. Thereafter, a mixture of sunny spells, a few showers and blustery winds, easing later. Maximum temperature of 19°C.
Outlook for Sunday to Tuesday:
Changeable Sunday and Monday, with sunny spells and scattered showers, heavy in places. Turning rather breezy into Tuesday with outbreaks of rain, becoming heavy and persistent.
