Police appeal after fatal collision in Neasden

Detectives investigating a fatal fail to stop collision in Neasden are appealing for information and witnesses.

Police were called at 3.09am on Monday, 20 May to reports of a road traffic collision on the A406, NW2.

Officers, London Ambulance Service and London’s Air Ambulance attended and found an injured pedestrian.

The pedestrian, believed to be aged in his 40s, was pronounced dead at the scene. Enquires are ongoing to establish the man’s identity.

Two cars, both believed to be black (no further details), failed to stop at the scene. Enquiries continue to establish if the victim was struck by one or both of the vehicles.

Detectives from the Met’s Serious Collision Investigation Unit are investigating and are appealing for witnesses and people with dash cam footage of the collision to get in touch.
