Hampshire Fire crews from Southsea and Portchester have successfully put out a fire at a busy public house in the central of Portsmouth this evening.
Crews from the two stations in four appliances were mobilised to a fire in the commercial kitchen at Weatherspoons just after 7.30pm on Friday evening.
Crews committed in breathing apparatus tackled a chiller that had caught light.
The fire was put out using two hose reels and a jet.

No one has been injured
Bosses at the pub have said that the site will remain closed whilst an assessments is carried out.
