A man found by Police earlier this week in a Newport Cemetery on the Isle of Wight has been named locally as Kieran May. The former barman and father of one were found in the early hours of Thursday morning at Parkhurst Military Cemetery at Forest Road, Newport, shortly before 6.30am. Police are still investigating the circumstances and an inquest is expected to be opened and adjourned later this month by the Isle of Wight Coroner. Family and friends have paid tribute to the popular young man who has died in tragic circumstances. Many have claimed that the Isle of Wight Mental health services have failed the youngster and had let him down and slip through their net. Kieran’s Sister Jo May has publicly invited all of his friends to the funeral that is due to take place in the next few weeks: My mum and dad have asked me to publicly invite everyone who cared. Kierans funeral will be open to everyone who knew and loved him and wishes to pay their respects. It will be a time to remember Kieran and celebrate his life. More details will be available when we have them.
A Single red rose has been placed at the spot by Kieran’s son: with a card reading: Best Daddy Ever
