The A21 in Kent is closed in both directions between the A25 (Riverhead/Chipstead) and the A225 (Sevenoaks Weald) due to a police incident with a response being led by Kent Police.

Motorists are urged to avoid the A21 Sevenoaks Police officers are currently dealing with an incident where a woman is reported to have fallen from a bridge. The road is closed in both directions.

Diversions are in place with southbound traffic to follow the ‘hollow black circle’ symbol, leaving the A21 to join the A25 eastbound at the Riverhead junction towards the A224. Joining the A224 and travelling southbound which becomes the A225 road via Sevenoaks which re-joins the A21 at Morleys Farm Roundabout.
