Armed Robber Wearing Halloween Mask holds up Mccoll’s in Totton

Police are appealing for information about a knifepoint robbery at a shop in Southampton.

At around 9.30pm on Thursday 26 October, a man wearing a Halloween mask entered the McColl’s store in Water Lane, Totton.

He threatened the cashier with a knife and stole cash, scratchcards and tobacco. He then left the store.

The cashier was not injured during the incident.

The man is described as:

• around 5ft 7ins tall
• blue eyes
• wearing a light stone grey hooded top and blue jeans
• wearing a Halloween mask, mainly green in colour, with a face that was either a zombie or Frankenstein’s monster.

Officers would like to hear from anyone who has any information about what happened.
