Police close A30 after fatal collision near Nether Wallop

Police are dealing with a serious road traffic collision on the A30 near Nether Wallop.
The section of the road is closed but a diversion route is in place.
The road is likely to be closed for sometime, so please avoid the area.

Police closed the road just after 6.50am following a collision between two commercial vehicle. Fire crews from Wiltshire and Dorset fire and rescue were called in an attempt to free the trapped people whilst paramedics attempted to save the injured people they sadly died at the scene. Police with crash scene collision investigators have spent morning gathering evidence and attempting to recreate collision. The road is likely to be closed until at least the early afternoon.
