Police have released a woman arrested on suspicion of arson after a fire in Somerford, Christchurch on Monday night.
The mum of two Stacey Jackson was arrested by Police and questioned but following an investigation by fire officers she has been released by Police without charge.
Emergency services were called to the fire in Druitt Road just after 9.15pm they where faced with a well-developed fire, It took 40 fire crew to tackle the blaze and nearly three hours to bring it under control.
Stacey and a seven week old puppy had already escaped the blaze with the help from neighbours who broke in and pulled her from the property.
The woman was arrested in suspicion of arson but this morning a spokesperson for Dorset Police said she had been released without charge after the fire was started accidentally.
