A driver who died in a freak car crash after a deer jumped in front of her car has been named as a Basingstoke Nurse.
The popular 24 year old Ivory Lapitan, was killed after her car hit a deer when it ran in front of her Peugeot 306. Her vehicle stuck the deer and the car crashed into a tree on the A33 near Micheldever early yesterday morning.
Emergency services were alerted by a shocked passing motorist who was behind the woman just after 6.30am.

Ms Lapitan, who lives in Basingstoke is believed to have been on her was to study at the University of Southampton,
